Sport Social Work & Mental Performance
Supporting the whole athlete — on and off the field.
Sport can be an important part of who you are, but it is only one part of your identity. I support athletes in developing mental skills, navigating the emotional demands of sport, and managing challenges related to performance, injury, relationships and transitions. My approach considers the whole person, including the impact of family, school, work, team culture and life beyond sport.

Sports counselling helps athletes develop the mental skills to navigate pressure, manage emotions, build confidence, and perform at their best — both on and off the field.

3 Focus and Concentration – Staying present, blocking out distractions, and focusing on the next play.
4 Mental Imagery and Visualization – Using mental rehearsal to strengthen confidence, preparation, and performance.
